Hand and digitally printed fabric samples were created for this project. The fabrics used were all hand-selected based on a variety of factors such as sustainability, texture, appearance, and cost. Although digital printing was utilised in some of the samples, every sample created has an element of hand-printed detail, from pigment dye to champagne coloured foils. Each sample was designed to enable repeatability, something which is important within the textile industry.
